01Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing or using Node Composer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
02Product Description
Node Composer is a desktop application for creating AI-assisted creative workflows. It orchestrates supported third-party AI providers using API credentials supplied by the user.
Node Composer is not an AI model provider, does not perform proprietary inference and does not resell AI generation credits.
03Editions
Node Composer is offered through Starter Edition and Studio Edition. Features, limits and pricing are described on the official website and may evolve over time.
04License Grant
Subject to an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Node Composer in accordance with these Terms.
05User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- your API keys;
- your AI provider accounts;
- the content you generate;
- compliance with applicable laws;
- the terms of the providers you choose to use.
06Third-Party AI Providers
Node Composer currently supports providers including WaveSpeed and Runware. These services operate under their own terms, pricing and privacy policies. Availability and output quality are outside our control.
07Subscription & Licensing
Subscriptions are sold through Polar as Merchant of Record. Polar manages checkout, billing, taxes and renewals. Node Composer validates licenses only to enable software access.
08Permitted Use
You may use the software only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- redistribute the software;
- share licenses;
- bypass licensing systems;
- reverse engineer protected components;
- use the software to violate the rights of others.
Permitted and prohibited uses are set out in full in the Acceptable Use Policy.
09Intellectual Property
Node Composer, its software, branding and documentation remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights.
10AI-Generated Content
Users remain solely responsible for the prompts they submit, the content they generate and any subsequent publication or commercial use of that content.
11EU AI Act
Node Composer provides orchestration software rather than AI models. Users are responsible for complying with applicable transparency obligations when publishing AI-generated content where required by law.

12Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application, licensing services or third-party AI providers.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Node Composer is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for:
- interruptions;
- third-party provider failures;
- generated content;
- indirect damages arising from use of the software.
14Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required to prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks or material breaches of these Terms.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Italy.
